was founded by Lindsay Goldberg, the former Marketing Director for premier Chicago restaurant and hospitality groups, DineAmic Hospitality & One Off Hospitality.
Lindsay’s expertise lies in developing marketing and event strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. Tactics within these strategies, which she also led the execution of, include event production, partnerships, sponsorship, creative content, all while working hand-in-hand with operators, beverage directors, chefs, and publicists.
After leaving her full-time role at DineAmic and One Off, Lindsay birthed LRG, a consulting business that extends her experience, passion, and knowledge in the space to other brands and organizations, in need of an extra set of hands. Lindsay works on an as-needed, project-basis.
Work & Clients
Lindsay’s consulting work specializes in project management, event management, and event production, with a concentration on creating experiences in the food and beverage and culinary worlds.
She has supported the production of large-scale events such as James Beard Foundation's Taste America Chicago, Big Star x Rodney Scott World of BBQ Pop-Up, Chicago Magazine’s Secret Supper series, and Campari Appleton Rum’s partnership launch at the James Beard House. She has also executed numerous Chef-driven collaboration dinners, wine and spirit tasting experiences, as well as off-premise pop-ups.
Lindsay is passionate about seeing a project through from start to finish and is happy to work autonomously or integrate into an existing team.

Meet Lindsay
Lindsay Goldberg was born and raised in Florida and attended University of Maryland, where she received a degree from the Robert H. Smith School of Business specializing in Business Marketing. She moved to New York City shortly thereafter where she kicked off her career in media, specializing in drafting strategies and media plans for P&G, Walmart and Bristol Myers Squibb. Upon arriving in Chicago, she joined DineAmic Hospitality and was an integral part of the growth of the company, helping to develop, open, and market more than 10 restaurants, including nationally recognized Siena Tavern.
As an in-house restaurant Marketing Director, Lindsay also oversaw all daily marketing functions including digital footprint, public relations, content creation, revenue-generating activations and social media for all concepts in the portfolio. When she left her full-time role, close contacts reached out with similar stories: staffing was difficult, budgets couldn’t support a full-time employee, and their organizations needed someone to get a specific project across the finish line.
This was the genesis of LRG Marketing.
